PA Speakers connected to a tv?

I want to have a really loud sound system next year for house parties, so I am going to buy these PA speakers and a sub how do i connect them so that:
1. They play through our tv if wanted.
2. They play music off of a ipod or laptop headphone jack.

I would highly recommend you NOT connect PA speakers to your sound system. They will be too loud with POOR SOUND QUALITY. There is a reason why you don't hear of many people doing this. All you are going to do with PA speakers is annoy your neighbors and damage your hearing. Just use bigger stereo speakers like everyone else.
